Tinder internship?

Hello! Two questions for the people with Tinder: 1) Do you know if the internship program is open to non-students/non-degree? It's not listed on the internship posts and I can't seem to find more info. 2) Is anyone able to offer a referral? Looking at DEI Internship specifically, as well as other HR or PM roles.
