Yes, we have refreshers. I don't know exact numbers but they're probably not competitive with Google, unless you compare L5/senior @ G to IC5/Staff @ Tinder (which wouldn't be totally unfair, given your YoE). Annual bonus % is whatever you negotiate - plenty of people have nothing, but if you ask you'll probably get it. IC4 can go up to 15% (that I've seen). Raises only seem to happen for "market rate adjustments" and promotions; I wouldn't count on them. Match Group is fundamentally unserious about retention & comp strategy, so negotiate what you want up-front and don't expect to get anything that's not explicitly spelled out. Best-case scenario is that they decide to add something new to the comp structure or improve an existing part (i.e. they recently added an ESPP, and refreshers in general went from being informal and uncertain to "ok now everyone gets these"), but there aren't any pleasant individual surprises like bonus or refresher multipliers, afaik.
