Tips for Airbnb interview?
I have just under 3 yoe. Im expecting L4 interview loop. What kind of questions should I expect from Airbnb interview. How does Airbnb compare to its peer tech companies?

Why all the hate here? @op The distribution in engineering is similar to other big tech companies and shouldn’t be a big change from Facebook. The reasons for the bias in the distribution of the nationalities of the engineers here and at other companies in SV are systemic and not unique to Airbnb. I can confirm that Airbnb is working on doing more to address that actively than other big companies I have worked at. As for the interview, expect the loop to be similar to other companies. I think the difficulty is pretty similar to that at Facebook.
Agreed, on both points. I found the interviews here on the tougher end (since it's generally a 45 minute slot, instead of 60), but comparable to Facebook/Google
