I am all set to join Amazon Seattle on 02 October. Any list of do's and don't's ??
Lots of tissues for all the crying you will do at your desk.
See you at NHO!
Depends a lot on your org. Ive been there more than 3 years and have generally had a good time. A few things: it is a really complex place, so take a lot of notes. Gradually things will start fitting together. I’ve found people are often really open to coffee chats, which helps you network and get the lay of the land. Think how your role impacts customers and what you can do to improve it. That’s often the lens leadership will use, so it is good to be thinking from there. Welcome!
What is the NEO structure?
Be humble, ask lots of questions, but don't be afraid to be bold - don't assume everything is perfect, if something doesn't look right, it probably isn't and you should change it. prepare yourself to be overwhelmed at first - but it does get better
Quit and go to a better place (before you ask, any place is better)
Watch your back. There's a lot of snakes and it can be cut throat at times. I'm 9 months in and like it so far but there's definitely a lot of entitlement and insecure ppl with bloated egos to sift through
Ambiguity = Frustration. Handle it.
Email Jeff@ and thank him for this amazing opportunity.

Every 3 months, figure out three LPs to focus on. Your first three should be earn trust, bias for action and learn and be curious
