Tips on improving profile for FAANG

Hi I have 1 YOE and I applied for Facebook London through a referral few weeks ago and got rejected straight away. I am an Indian and I am currently working in HK. I have done around 80 LC questions and I am grinding leetcode but it is useless until I can clear the initial screen.
Can anyone help me with guiding on how to improve my profile for FAANG?

    Either already be in the target country or have work authorization in the target country. 1 YOE is basically new grad equivalent, so your resume is probably not impressive. Are there any companies in HK that are even comparable in software to FB?

      There isn’t much tech in HK. All we have are ibanks and some new crypto companies.

    Were you applying for a new grad role or an E4 role or something? Was it in a speciality you don't have or generalist? Where are you now and what skills do you work with? Did your resume reflect all the skills asked for in the job posting? For Facebook the minimums are usually actual minimums
