I have been trying to switch job for almost 2 years now. Have been doing leetcoding on and off. Did interview at few of the companies but have not been able to clear any of the interview. Got discouraged and gave up on the idea of changing job. But then I see all people around making progress, changing jobs and clearing interview and it gives me push to try harder again going down the same rabbit hole. How to remain motivated and also not get bored and feel that your life just revolves around these interview preparations.

During entire process try to judge yourself as interviewee who want to hire a engineer for his team and collect feedback points for yourself.
Half hearted efforts would not lead to success as interviews have become difficult these days. You have to be fully invested in the task and ready to not give up when things get challenging.
Set a timeline to find a job and go all in.
Good luck !
