I’m tired of living my work week in 30 minute increments, constantly needing to check Slack, review and respond to Emails, be on Zoom. What are healthy habits that actually work for you that keeps the anxiety of “being on” at bay?
Better than commute I think… why do you have to check every 30 min
Do things in batches. Unless your bosses host the meetings, push them to the beginning or end of the day. Save time to focus on your tasks. Take breaks regularly. Context switching every 30 min wore you out.
