Should I get out of my comfort zone?

Currently in comp range:300k/350k may go up a little.

I have nothing against the current team and is comfortably doing my job here. Not challenging at all. But I have this fear that when things get too easy, something doesn't feel right. Either I'm not trying hard enough or it's time for a change.

One part of me want to go to a different company, get more money and learn something new(50k-100k maybe?); the other part of me is laid back and tell myself to enjoy life and spend more time with my family.

Any advice is appreciated!
