Please take it. It is the ONLY possible way you can be safe in our country. My elder relatives took it. They were typical old Indian people with diabetes heart disease arthritis etc. Still they recovered without hospitalization. If you can, take vaccine asap. It's only real ray of hope in our "emerging super power"

  • Can someone please help me understand.. are people in other countries (such as India in this case) anti-vax for the same reasons as anti-vaxxers in America? In US, it’s just stupid white males who listen to idiots on social media saying “ya ain’t gonna put that in my body, no one knows what’s in it. Vaccines don’t get made so quick. Government will control me.” Is it the same reason in other countries?

    • Rumors are more like, if you’re menstruating or pregnant you can’t get the vaccine, or the vaccine isn’t effective etc.

      Not like the USA where people say you’ll get mental development issues if you’re vaccinated

    I don’t know if you know but,

    Vaccine supply is drastically low in India thanks to *someone* having sent out more vaccines to the world and keeping fewer for Indians.

    Non BJP states have vaccines and supplies throttled :)

    So yeah.

    While everyone does need the vaccine for exactly the reason you mentioned, it’s not going to happen anytime soon.
