Top paying tech companies in India
Currently working as a core software engineer at Tower research , looking to switch to a tech company. YoE - 3 TC - 39 LPA Had applied to Microsoft, got a response that they cannot match my current compensation. Anybody working at tech giants like Google , Uber, Walmart etc having a better compensation for this experience level ?

Why don’t you like Tower? From what I’ve read you can’t really get better than them in terms of pay in India. Your best bet would probably try working in the US for a few years.
I have lost interest in low latency software development, and looking for roles involving development of scalable applications and distributed systems. I am just evaluating a move to tech companies in India, so trying to figure out what's the maximum I could make here. (My current TC is certainly not too high, so I do expect some tech companies to offer better).
Not completely tech but WorldQuant might be an option.

Which division are you from? Because I know freshers are earning that package in tower.
