Dang they have started giving bonus these days. Work culture is work hard play hard scene. So many things going on. Insane growth. The company values engineers. I like it here. They give base increments every year. RSU refreshers too; depends on your performance review and manager’s budget allocation. Cheers mate!

If you are referring to annual rsu bonus grants: 10k - 50k I guess. Ymmv

Was it more of like designing twitter or designing dist DB, platform services or something else? string & DP que, if can't share specific then pls share relevant question with same pattern.
13w RSU seems too less. We don't have many refreshers, about 3-5%, unless promotion I think this pkg is low for your. Try ask for more RSU
How was their interview process?
One phone and five hour onsite. 1 hr design, 2 hr coding, 1 hr hiring manager; mostly cultural base qus and 1 with dev director ; mostly deep dive into previous projects and challenges
