Total compensation for Amazon L5 SDE? base/bonus/rsu? I have around 6 years of experience in web development. currently working as contractor and trying to convert to FTE.

If you are converting from vendor to FTE, don’t expect much room for negotiation as they will keep you at lowest in band. Exception would be there if you got some really critical skill for team goals. Range varies from 165k to 245k overall. If somebody is telling you more than it’s probably due to stock.
