I had 14 interviews with Riot before receiving an offer. During the onsite, they provide real-time feedback to later interviewers/hiring managers, so they’re able to hone in on identified areas of weakness by the end. It was quite the gauntlet. That being said, I know that they were working on streamlining the hiring process to be less onerous for both candidates and interviewers before I left. Hopefully, they’ve started implementing these new processes by now.
