Following. Nobody has some sight?
From TRI. Like anywhere it depends on the team. Benefits are great, a bit better than they advertise even. People are smart and friendly, I really like that. The culture was great over a couple years ago. Things were not progressing as fast as hoped, so management changes the org structure or task management every 3 to 6 months, and is convinced, each time, it will fix the problem. People have stopped even voicing concern in all hands meetings. But day to day people are nice and that aspect is good.
What would the TC look like for a non-PhD ML engineer (MSc, 3 YOE). Can non-PhD staff work on research projects?
No issue with MSc and 3 years experience. It is mixed between PhDs Masters and UGrads. Comp would vary by office, CA would be the highest. It will pay better base that most competitors, no stock, but a decent discretionary bonus. I don't know enough to give numbers for you.
Thanks for the info How does TC looks like for Software engineer with 10+ experience?
