Transition to Tech Sales

I’m a realtor in the Bay Area, wanting to transition to tech sales, havent figured out what kind of tech sales yet. I don’t have Tech Sales experience, but am within the top 5% in real estate sales in the Bay Area. I want to transition because I think could be taking home a lot more more the same amount of work. YOE: 5 OTE: 200k Looking for any advice on: 1. which type of tech sales and which of roles you recommend, considering my lack of experience in tech 2. which companies are hiring right now 3. which companies offer higher compensation and better comp package/perks I know people who work at Google, Docusign, Dropbox, Uber, and Instacart, but none of them are in sales. If you can share typical compensation, that would be great to know. Thx! Desired Locations: SF or LA (I’ll commute to Peninsula if there’s company-provided shuttle service.) Without any relevant experience, you'll need to apply for any and all jobs you think you may be able to get a call back for, especially in this economy. You may need to take a job you don't like for now in order to get to your 3 later on. Sorry, comrade.
