have you used it before? does it work?
TripleSpam is up there with rooftop slushie in being annoying and useless.
+1
I used them about 2 years ago and got a lot of interviews through it, including 2 of the 4 quality job offers I eventually decided between. Didn't however get the job I eventually landed. If you're interested in smaller to midsize companies and can spend a bunch of time, it had a higher contact rate and higher conversion rate from first contacts than Hired or Indeed Prime.
My experience with them was great but I didn't like the pool of companies they had in Bay Area. 80% were noname startups with NodeJS stack.
I used it, and had a great experience! But for me the value wasn’t in the companies I matched with (I didn’t take any of the onsites I got lmao) but rather the opportunity to have a person who helped me negotiate between the companies I had offers from and just to have a point of contact to get advice from. Also they are super good about giving feedback from your interview so I used that feedback to know what parts I needed to work on. Also they mailed me some free stuff for passing the interview ;) So basically there’s no downside and comes with a lot of nice free benefits!
Yep, he was like “no pressure to do anything with Triplebyte, I’m just here to help you and maximizing your career” and I was like “sickkk”
And so I had a couple phone calls with him where I explained which offers I got and the guy helped me think of a good game plan to maximize my negotiation process
