Meta RSU grant pricing

Have an offer to join Meta soon.

Looking at the policy regarding RSU grant, sounds like I'll get the stocks at an approx avg of 212 if I join in May and possibly lesser if I join June. I know it's not worth timing my start date but anyone has any recommendations? I have an option of joining either late May or early June and I really don't want it to affect the number RSU grant for all 4 years just because I was a week early or late in joining. Need help.
