I got an offer from Turing but they are valuing the stock at 4billion valuation. However their last round closed at 1 billion valuation. Should the valuation be based on the last round or what they are mentioning?

So they are basically saying I am going to give you an offer based on a future valuation of $4B, which I don't know when it will happen. So the next series basically means nothing to you, your risk between now and then is worthless.
Also I feel if the offer is at 4B level then there's probably not much upside.
