Turn signal lights should be yellow and not red

What's with these cars that have red blinking lights (instead of the conventional yellow) to indicate turn signals? They don't catch anyone's attention and are pretty much useless.

    Research shows youโ€™re substantially more likely to notice the yellow light. Why the fuck America does red weโ€™ll never know. No where else does this. But again, America is full of stupidity

    The hell knows why this kinda stupid design has persisted for the US car manufacturer. It's plain stupid.
    The worst is when you can only see one of the signaling light, you can't tell if it's stop break or turnning ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I retract my original statement of โ€œI donโ€™t understand how this could be confusingโ€ and change it to โ€œI donโ€™t understand how this could be confusing for people who know how to drive.โ€ Perhaps the next round of research should be on the effects of lighting up the entire rear window with a big sign that says โ€œI WANT TO GO LEFTโ€ or โ€œI WANT TO GO RIGHTโ€

    This annoys the hell out of me. Yellow was the way to go.

    Iโ€™m not a fan of the blinding white LEDโ€™s everyone seems to be using too since I have an older car that doesnโ€™t have auto dimming and shit.
