Turning down Amazon better role offer

Got an offer from Amazon, financially was solid (15% higher than now) and would allow me to move to a senior PM role from my shitty senior TPM job at Google. I have been very torn, didn't sleep in the last few days, but i think i will turn it down. I really want to be a PM and switch career, but i am afraid of the culture at Amazon and in generally i hate my job but i still like Google. I think i will try to go for interview process at google, and in the best case i will be downlevelled , while Amazon would uplevel me( the HR really loved my experience and was really pushing for a great package at Amazon) , i am sad and worried that it is a poor choice, the HR seemed amazing, but starting remotely in a company like Amazon with such a culture, kind of scared me off. Hopefully i will be able to apply again maybe in the future if things change
