Why has Twilio’s stock risen so high? Is it still a buy? Why yes or no?
I think it has more upside if they can excite how they are doing last year. It would hit $150 by the end of this year if market change its dynamics. I also think SF could look to buy it...
Overvalued
Why?
Their sales efficiency is high. If it dips significantly like Dec, BUY.
Read the financial reports - IPO in 2016 and now profitable (nonGAAP), tapping into ~$10 billion call center space to disrupt it, solid experienced management, large companies with investments like Salesforce. Only worry if developer acquisition or revenue slows, which doesn’t seem likely in the current state economy
I would t say Twilio is in call centers, but rather customer support which is largely inclusive of call centers. $10B is a pretty small TAM for call centers/customer support. From a quick google search, it looks like that number is $200B-$350B. Are there other areas Twilio’s products/technology can be used for outside of call centers? If yes, is Twilio targeting other areas? Or is Twilio primarily focused on call centers/customer support?
