What is the TC target for P4 TPM role with Twilio? Interviewing with them and want to know ranges.

    Batboy: No annual bonus, but my base is much higher than my previous role, and i have received RSU refreshers every year (that have equaled more than half my base salary). You had a bad experience and that sucks, but for many of us it is a great place to work.

    Op: not sure range, but look online for similar remote roles, anything that can be done in Colorado shows a base salary range for that region. Equity is sizable at Twilio. Last year i made an offer where the persons annual equity was more than their base.

      CAtwilio: question is if Twilio is already at peak stock price wise. I have no doubt people who have joined for a while get sizeable equity but for newcomers?

      Are these refreshers depend on the team and the manager? Does everyone with a sort of "Meets Expectations" performance review gets these many refreshers?

    I had a bad experience. I went through the loop and one of the interviewers didn’t show up. Last call was with a recruiter, explained my expectations for a salary of 225k TC (LCOL). I was supposed to have an interview with that one who missed on my loop day, and they randomly cancelled the interview and sent me a reject. I did well in the interviews and the recruiter for a fact told me that I did well and they don’t want me to do any more interviews. Just received a standard rejection mail without any feedback at all. This was for L3 I believe. I mean for so much talking about culture, the recruiter stopped responding. (They were responding very quickly to every message before they randomly decided to pass me). Overall bad experience, I just think I dodged a bullet. Also please know they don’t have yearly bonus % or refreshers as far as I know. So negotiate as much as you want in base + RSUs.
