You’d better have another interview lined up. Twitch is still figuring out their interview process and questions to ask

Always check Glassdoor for reviews before your interviews

what aspect? engineering quality? product leadership? as a daily user, twitch looks really promising to me.

Eng teams are fine at twitch. Because your job is to build whatever somebody else tells you to build, and as long as you can do it, it's fine. You also have more leverage cause you can find another job in the valley so it's harder to point a gun at your head and tell you to do things. That said, the business side of twitch is completely fucked. There's little to no direction of what's going on, a lot of infighting and politics, leading to fighting for resources and projects. How this could impact you is that youe team might get a lot of pressure to rush production on a feature or product, only to have it canceled in 3 months time because directions have changed. That said, if you're not too senior, as long as you keep your head down and put in your hours, and make sure to leave at 5 pm and disconnect, take time out of the day to eat snacks and play games, it's completely fine. It just gets more intense when you move up as the company is fairly disfunctional

It’s sounds like most amazon companies except there is no unplugging or work/life balance.
