Interviewing for a manager role at Twitter. What should I expect in these areas for my offer? Role is remote.
What’s the normal annual bonus % at Twitter?
Average sign on bonus?
Average RSU grant?

Base: 180k
Equity: 150k (over 4 yrs. not including bi-annual refreshers)
Bonus: 0
Sign-On: could probably negotiate 20-30k
