- Phone screens with recruiter and HM
- Portfolio Review / 1hr
- Paired focus interviews covering creativity & vision, design systems and tools, collaboration with partners / 45min ea
- Interview teams huddle to decide hire/no hire
- Leveling is for HM and recruiter (& HM's manager) to decide
Tips:
Have multiple case studies in your portfolio review and aim to take up at least 45 minutes, you usually won't get any questions in this part.
Be humble and honest and demonstrate a growth mindset. Make sure you come across as a collaborator (you'll have to be one in any design role at Twitter) but also make sure you can show how you've won partners or stakeholders over to your vision.
