Two Sigma Interview Process

Hi all, I am interviewing for Two Sigma for a business manager role in the investment management division. Is anyone familiar with the interview process ? Is there a coding interview for every employees or coding is not required unless specified in the job description? In my current role I manage coders and do the testing but I’m not by any mean a strong coder. Any recommendation for preparing for an interview in a business role at two sigma ? Best,
