How does the comp increase rate at Two Sigma. Expecting an offer for L2, but curious. And how lenient are they with negotiations? #twosigma

42n500 Aug 5, 2021From what I understand, comp is most flexible on starting bonus. I negotiated L2 and got +10k bonus and +60k signing bonus, but your mileage may vary.
