Two approved I-797 at port of entry

I have mandate international travel to make end of this month. H1-B transfer is in progress, since case is eligible for premium can expect the case status change by the time I return , how to handle this scenario at port of entry , at that time will be having I-797 of current company and the other one from transferring company.
