Being reached out for this role, curious to see if folks have any compensation data point that they could share? Interested in knowing total compensation; both base + bonuses. This is in Tech sector, location is Seattle. #tech #consulting
max 250 i think, that assumes you are stellar in your consulting skills.
Is this total compensation? Base + bonuses.
you could get bonus. i dont think it is spelled out in contracts. Been long time
Just like other staff bands at big 4 tech advisory, director has a wide range - can be anything from 200k for new directors to even 320k all in for very seasoned directors - WLB would be shit though
Massive range and very dependent on location and specialism...
Seattle area, Tech sector.
Honestly don’t join. Not worth it!
What's your current TC and role? Depend on your answer, might not be worth switching.
If you are currently a Director at FB - the comp drop won’t be worth it.
Depends on your city tier, i would say not worth it.. moved from PwC to industry
Seattle, Tech sector.
I see, so it will be tier 2
I’d agree with all of the other PwC commenters (I’m a senior manager in advisory). Comp will depend on what market and LoS you’re in. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
Seattle, Tech sector.
I’d guess base around 200-225. Bonus maybe 20 so all in less than 250. Might be higher depending on YOE. I’m not in the Seattle market so I’m estimating based on what I know of other markets. So I apologize if I’m completely off!
I’d say base 200-230 easy if you’re coming in as an experienced director. On top of that, top performing directors (top 15%) get a 35% bonus so your TC can be close to 260-300k
Facebook to PwC? 🤔
Hence the question :P
