What would be typical salary ranges in not so late stage startups (not uber, airbnb, lyft, slack etc) for senior engineer (6-7 yrs experience) I want to know expected drop in yearly take home income if I take the plunge from linkedin. Ignore startup equity.

Linkedin staff will not get more than l5. Depends on your performance in onterview. In general even if sr staff chances slim for l6

Again not your question but at 400k I would say you are underpaid if Sr. Staff at LinkedIn :) Anyways, I am also very interested in knowing more about this.
For Sr staff in LinkedIn what is the average total comp?
Li staff is 300k - 400k in li. Sr staff should be 500k+
Your way of asking this question is confusing. You mention google staff level, but you don't even work there. At the same time you're looking for standardized ranges of salaries for which companies exactly? This is why you don't get answers.
