Contrary to popular sentiment on blind, I like working at Amazon for learning opportunities and career growth. I was always a TT HV3 but due to bad manager, my rating was bad (hv1) for an year. This significantly screwed my TC and planning to GTFO.
Are there any recommendations for companies with good career growth? I don’t want to join some random startup that pays more but want to optimize for long term learning and career growth.
