170k base + 15% bonus +180k stock ( 4 years) +25k sign on.(bay area)

    Rally health ! Getting promoted at intuit is difficult. For most engineers , senior software engineer is the terminal level . Staff is equivalent to sr manager. So , I would go to rally , work there and jump ship after a couple of years !

  • Option 2. COL in the Midwest is 2-3x lower and base salary is guaranteed. It’s no contest really if you can live wherever you want.
