Have my full interview loop at FB for a E6 role scheduled.
Been prepping almost daily for over a month and most worried about the coding interviews.
Any advice from #facebook folks who have recently interviewed for an E6 role, or have interviewed candidates?

So I am now indivdual1++ :)
Did get an offer unfortunately and I have since accepted an offer with a Series D startup that is positioned well for an acquisition.
I will be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed w the fb outcome, and I can think of things to say how it was unfair, etc. bottom line is that I didn’t meet the collective bar that was set.
No feedback from recruiter but fortunately for me, but the EM who tech screened me really like me and we connected over LinkedIn. She was rooting for me and bc she was on the loop, she could see the feedback for my onsite and was able to tell me where I fell short.
Be that as it may (as my professor used to say), I am very very happy at my current role now. Just had a two hour lunch w my manager, gossiping, shooting the breeze, etc. :)
My prep and experience have been documented extensively here: https://us.teamblind.com/s/6qP0UajY
I guess I could have brushed up more on the coding, and solve them like a young and hungry intern on Ritalin, but being 15+ YOE and having my most recent role as a CTO for a startup, I think my coding competency is where it should be. I have built and shipped products and directed teams, but my specific experience, technical level, and frequency simply not what Facebook is looking for.
Confession: I do wonder once in a while if I had put in a few more months of LC, passed the interview, and had gotten into FB, if I would survive or fit in, and if I will be happy. #SourGrapes lol. I do love building products and coding up the product myself and with others, but I may not do well as a code monkey. I would probably get PIP’d! 😂
