I'm pretty unhappy in my current role at Salesforce, but compensated well. Probably too well for what I'm worth, if I'm being honest.
Recently got an offer to join Dropbox in a similar role but comp is about 25% less and have been told I cannot move it any further. Liked the people I met more than my team at Salesforce and I generally think Dropbox is more interesting. But maybe I'm wrong?
Really looking for some guidance on how to weigh this decision of taking less comp and evaluating Dropbox vs Salesforce as companies/career opportunities.
