Can anyone tell me what to expect for a Stripe TAM salary or total comp? I have a discussion with the recruiter tomorrow and not sure what to ask.

Here's how my process went:
- Recruiter reached out via email
- Phone call with the hiring manager
- A take home technical assessment
- A Zoom call with a fellow TAM
- A recruiter call to go over the salary discussion and prep for the onsite
- The onsite which was 5 interviews over 2 days:
Role play interview
Technical interview (API and SQL)
Situational interview
Product and finance fundamentals interview
Culture fit interview
Overall brilliant people and enjoyable process but I wish they were open to provide feedback.
As for the salary. I asked for $175k base and they said it's doable. But it depends on the level which is determined after the onsite and it starts at 100K.
