Scope reduced through re-org should I leave?

Department reorganized. My teams got caught up and I lost half my team (Eng Manager).

Not very happy and seems like big setback for promo.

Should I look for another team? Should I leave google? I was on path to director at previous company now I feel like this was a big mistake.

I have an interview with FB, should I go for it, change teams, or stay put?
