The rest is California disability leave. The numbers they tell you is they pay up to 60% of your salary, but the unspoken asterisk there is that it's really 60% of the median salary in the country or something. It's been awhile so I don't remember the exact numbers but it's capped at around 3k per paycheck and they still tax you for it.
