100k is not worth bad WLB especially between 400k and 500k. Also, Meta’s refreshers means your year 2 TC will be much higher and eventually will be higher than Citadel.

Read reviews about shitadel. Not worth it for extra 100k. Meta stock has the most upside among FAANG, benefits are nice, WLB is good. You’re treated well. If you want to trade self respect for money, join Citadel.
