How much sign-on and annual bonus? Exp: 4 yrs (Product owner, Sr Business analyst, Data Analyst) Location: Chicago (remote) Optum/UHG or generally health care provider recruiter are well known for low balling. OP, there are well-defined salary ranges based on grade. If you work there, just check the intranet site for a definitive answer. It's certainly higher than 105 for a 28 in Chicago.
