All interviews rounds done. Time to discuss compensation. Any insight to Director salary at UIPath? Current Salary- (base 225k + 60k bonus +100k rsu/yr)
Director of what, if I may ask
Sales? Engineering? Product?
Beware that you're probably not gonna make it in the door before IPO and get crystal clear on how the equity is gonna be calculated for you before signing an offer.
Equity @ UiPath is calculated on basis of Preferred Price, not on the current fair market value or common stock price. So check with your recruiter what's the current Preferred Price. As per last funding round, valuation was @ $35 bn. Your equity will definitely be allocated @ price greater than $35 bn. So you may end up getting less number of shares than expected. OP please read your offer letter carefully and make sure to ask your recruiter all the right questions.
That's all true until IPO...but # of shares is calculated at your start date not at the time the offer is signed. It seems unlikely anyone would manage to start pre-IPO at this point.
Stock price is already inflated like crazy. Join us if it’s a pretty good offer. Most likely a junior Enginner who joined uipath 3 years back will have 300% more stocks than you. But it’s a good place for sure.
What was the TC offered ?
Why do you want to join a shitshow ?
Do you work at UIPath? Why do you say that?
Definitely not a shit show. I'm curious why you think it is @adobeis.
