Even ignoring user facing security issues, all of their internal tech powering everything is complete garbage. Want to do a risk analysis for a commercial banking client that wants to syndicate a loan? Gotta use Windows with IE6. Fucking garbage. Also everything is buggy as hell. This bank will drown in its own tech debt. Top finance is ultra-competitive. It simply cannot keep up with American and U.K. and other banks. It's only competitive advantage is that South American tech in general is a further decade behind and American banks don't have a good grounding there.
Will be absorbed into a another bank after its market cap drops another 50% (within 10 years)
