USCIS should be paid after applications is processed

Once the application is processed, they can hold on to the doc/card and the applicant/lawyer submits the fees. That is the only fair way I see in which this 18th century government department will work efficiently. In the current scenario, they just want to get your money and not work. Basically you guys pay their salary for them to not do their job.

  • It’s not a for profit entity. It’s fair for the people wanting the service from government to pay for those services before the employees do the work.
