UX Research at Facebook
How is UX research regarded inside of Facebook? I was a researcher donkey years ago and a FB recruiter is asking me to consider a UX Researcher role. My impression of UX when I was a UX researcher in various Microsoft product teams is that in terms of driving the product, they are treated as second class. Would love to hear especially from folks who have spent time in both Microsoft and Facebook.

UX Research at FB? Never heard of it! Just kidding, I think it's ok. Our design team is pretty good. Like in Engineering where we open source lots of code, we have published a lot of design tools for external consumption too.

Depends on the org. Can be really good in some places.
