Is levels.fyi accurate? Should I expect ~450k? What will the initial offer be? Waiting to get numbers from the recruiter. ATG if it makes a difference. Currently L4 w/ ~320k TC (287 if you exclude stock growth). 9 YOE.

What offer did you get finally? What was the initial and final negotiated ?
350k is normal. 450k would be a borderline 5a/5b offer.
Really so levels.fyi numbers are inflated? Is that because of pre-ipo vs post-ipo?
nothing to do with pre/post. Targets are in dollar figures, so post ipo you technically get a better deal due to lower stock price than old 409a value.
