Uber ATG Spinoff - What happens to ATG employer RSU?
I wonder if for the freshly spin-off entity, Uber is converting unvested employee stock to Uber ATG entity’s stock? If so, its a bummer because these employees will now have to wait longer to cash out.

It’s not a spin off because Uber continues to hold majority control of the entity. And I also read that ATG employees will still receive Uber stock. You can’t switch someone’s stock unless there is a change in control transaction — and again, no change in control here.
You will still have uber rsu, when you joined you were promised it and must get it.
Not sure of this if the spin off happens per ipo.
