Uber Applied Scientist WLB

Considering an offer as an Applied Scientist II at Uber (standard PhD new grad opening offer, will be negotiating):
Base: $150k
Bonus: $23k
RSU: $255k/4 years

My main concern is WLB, as the reviews/posts seem very mixed. I know this is obviously team-dependent, but was hoping to get a general sense of:

1.a) Typical hours/week?
1.b) How often are weeks >50 hours?

2.a) Any orgs/teams to avoid?
2.b) Any orgs/teams known for very good hours?
