Uber Eat?
Have u ever used Uber Eat, you think it is good?
Lost me as a customer by being dicks when I reached out to customer support about not getting bonus when a friend referred me. Mostly use Doordash and Caviar, sometimes Eat24. I order about twice a week.
Doordash pass is in my opinion the best value for money product out here in South Bay.

I prefer Uber Eats over DoorDash as they are straight about fees. DoorDash hides a second fee (11%) with the tax line item. Only use DoorDash when Uber has a crazy surge or if my restaurant is not available. Also prefer tipping afterwards which Uber Eats supports. On the other hand DoorDash has 100% success rate coming to my door without even a phone call, whole Uber Eats guys somehow always get lost/want me to come down (at least then I have an excuse to skip the tip :)).

Even though I am against Uber on principle, Uber Eats is convenient and reliable enough, and fills enough of a need, that I use it a couple times per week. DoorDash isn't reliable enough for me to plan meals around, unfortunately.
Why are you against Uber in principle?
