I’m considering an offer from this team. Can anyone share anything they know about the team, such as WLB, culture, tech quality? Or whether it’s generally a good place to work?

and that TC isn’t including the annual cash bonus or equity refresher (no cliff)
The work-life-balance is good. People rarely stay past 6pm (AFAIK). As long as you get your work done (well) and are available during core hours you can excel here.
The culture is nice. Friendly and open environment. The team is pretty young (a lot of engineers in their 20's and 30's), but definitely not bro-y. No politics as someone else mentioned. I'd love to get to know my teammates more after-hours, but people are busy with their own lives and that's cool too.
The tech-quality is good as well, and I think that is true for most of Eats. Uber Rides is older/messier and I would not want to work there, but the tech around Eats is streamlined and fun to work on.
