Hi,

I have an offer and multiple on-sites lined up and I don’t know if I can wait to accept the offer - or should keep interviewing? How long can I wait until I need to accept?

I don’t have proper numbers yet but current TC is ~250 for a UX role.

I assume Intuit pays the least but the people are very nice and good WLB.

The smaller startup just got a big funding round.

Which of the below companies have the best package of TC and WLB plus career growth/development?

It’s hard to generalize, as it will depend heavily on the leveling. You should do all the onsites and figure out which one works for you. WLB and pay aren’t always inversely proportional. Some places have terrible pay and bad WLB, and so on.

That’s true! Do you have any insights into Uber Eats WLB and do they allow being fully remote?
Lyft is not remote and the title will actually be the highest at Intuit - about a level 7

Eats is currently remote, but we have RTO in Jan. You can request for a full remote, and I think they’ve been approving them.

I had a referral to UberEats and a recruiter reached but made it clear that the role (UX) would require relocation to one of the major hubs, so I didn't even start the process.

Ask the company who gave you the offer how long you have to make a decision.

Ask the companies that you’re interviewing with what their compensation packages consist of and what the ranges are for the roles they’re considering you for. Or check levels.fyi.

Levels never has much for design/UX folks unfortunately. I can assume though that Lyft will be at the top end - they also require relocation to the bay which is not very desirable so that might already exclude them. Tough decisions :)
The startup and Intuit are fully remote
