Why do you want to join a company with such a shady culture?
I have worked with around 25 people at Uber from Amazon, all of whom unequivocally think Uber’s culture is better than Amazons. So that’s probably why OP is inquiring.
I was referring more towards the culture of deceit and disregard for law. Amazon has a hard culture but Uber seems to have an ethics issue. The new CEO seems better. However given the intensifying scrutiny, lawsuits and cancellations of license in London and Israel, 1.5 billion loss last quarter,unless he or she gets a really good deal, discount the rsus by about 30 to 40% and see if it makes sense. On the positive side I have heard from friends that work can be good and challenging
